1. Who is responsible

Bi Kai is the data controller for Metrix.Bar. Contact: metrix.bar@agili.app.

2. What we collect

• Local data: Dashboards, inputs, cache, and settings stay on your device, and API tokens stay in your system credential store. We cannot read them.
• Account and devices: Email, name, and profile if you sign in for Plus; device name, OS, public key, and last active time.
• Billing: Plan, price, currency, status, and provider order IDs (no full card details).
• Support: Emails you send to us.
• Security and site: IP address and client info for abuse prevention; website visits log path and referrer without cookies. Sign-in and billing happen on agili.app, which uses necessary cookies to keep you signed in.
• App telemetry: Anonymous device ID, version, OS, architecture, and feature events. No dashboard content, URLs, or secrets. You can turn this off in Settings.

3. How we use data and sharing

We use data to run the Service, activate devices, process payments, prevent abuse, and answer support. We do not send marketing email, show ads, or sell data.

We share data only with necessary providers: Waffo Pancake and Creem (payments and taxes as Merchant of Record), Cloudflare (hosting, database, email, and bot protection), and Google, Apple, or Microsoft (when you choose their sign-in). Transfers follow legal safeguards.

4. Storage, retention, and security

Data is encrypted in transit via TLS and access is restricted.

Account and device data are deleted within 30 days of request. Billing records follow tax laws. Support emails are kept up to 24 months. Sessions last until they expire or you sign out.

5. Your rights and changes

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, or object to or restrict processing, by emailing metrix.bar@agili.app (response within 30 days). You may also lodge complaints with your local data authority.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
